Welcome to KWMBSA's mail-in house league registration process. In order to register you will need to complete three simple steps:

  1. Read the information section below
  2. Download and print the House League Registration Form
  3. Mail the completed form with payment to the address below

*All houseleague players are provided with a team shirt and hat. Teams play a 20 game schedule plus tournaments (except for novice).

Please note that for the protection of the children in our care, all coaches, assistant coaches and umpires over the age of 18 must have a police check done. Cost for the police check is $10 with a letter from our board or $30 without. Please contact Lorraine Lambert at registrar@kwmbsa.ca for a copy of the letter.

The application form must be completed in full. Complete two copies, one for your records and one to mail along with full payment to:
