An Umpire application form can be downloaded and completed in full in Microsoft Word and then emailed to our Registrar, Lorraine Lambert at registrar@kwmbsa.ca

or else placed in an envelope and mailed to:

Police Checks

Please note that for the protection of the children in our care, all coaches, assistant coaches and umpires over the age of 18 must have a police check done. Cost for the police check is $10 with a letter from our board or $30 without.
